Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for Forgd Consulting to deliver its Services effectively. Forgd Consulting will perform all agreed-upon services professionally and maintain confidentiality regarding client information.Payments and Fees
All fees for services will be outlined in the client agreement, including hourly rates, retainer packages, or project-based fees. Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in additional fees.Cancellation and Termination
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. Forgd Consulting reserves the right to terminate services, with or without cause, if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, clients must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.Confidentiality
Forgd Consulting is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.Intellectual Property
All deliverables created by Forgd Consulting become the property of the client once full payment has been received. Forgd Consulting retains the right to use anonymised data or insights for internal purposes or case studies.Privacy Policy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.Limitation of Liability
